06 Jun BOWA MEDICAL UK Announces Planning Permission Has Been Secured for New Cutting-Edge Facility

Ashburton, UK (6^th June 2023) – BOWA MEDICAL UK, a leading innovator of ultrasonic products for medical applications, are proud to announce that they are embarking on a new chapter of growth and expansion after securing planning approval to build a brand-new UK headquarters at Oak Tree Business Park, Kingskerswell, Devon. Following the successful acquisition of a prime piece of land, planning permission has now been secured with the plan to break ground on this exciting project in the coming months.

The new development, set in a 3-acre site, will incorporate the company’s latest high-tech manufacturing plant with a bespoke cleanroom, along with assembly and machining facilities to further increase its production capacity and meet global demand for its own medical devices and OEM services. The new premises will also house a modern commercial space enabling the team to work collaboratively all under one roof with enhanced research and development capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Additionally, the company is relocating its pioneering Surgical Skills Lab Centre to Oaktree to continue delivering prestigious courses for health professionals worldwide as part of its mission to strengthen surgical techniques and knowledge on safe and effective use of their products.
